I am Liat Amidan Man, an experienced VP of Human Resources. I am at the high-tech sector, within the last 15. My track record includes setting up organizational R&D divisions in and outside Israel and managing large HR teams. I have managed the post-merger re-structuring of technological start ups and was responsible for a massive growth in a number of global organizations. I have led and supported strategic processes and organizational change. I have hands-on experience working in high-growth companies and have established HR functions from the bottom up. I have an very good ability to drive complex processes and manage multiple high-pace work streams, with careful attention to detail.
