By allowing people to participate in energy generation through interactive brand or citizen engagement experiences, Pavegen creates memorable touchpoints that place people at the heart of Net Zero and ESG initiatives. Every footstep generates 3-5 joules of energy, so Pavegen is not a stand-alone renewable energy solution. Instead, it focuses on the input of energy, people, and the valuable connection with target audiences. This approach is called Return-on-Footstep (RoF). Examples include kinetic citizen engagement in cities, public spaces and buildings, as well as kinetic brand experiences at live events, expos and public spaces.
