 Own the end-to-end design and planning of long-haul and metro fiber networks from concept through construction completion.  Oversee contracted design and construction firms while coordinating route selection permitting construction methods strand maps splice diagrams conduit profiles and as-built documentation.  Serve as the technical authority and primary liaison with hyperscale clients permitting agencies railroads right-of-way holders and internal teams to keep concurrent projects on schedule and standard.  Review submittals drawings RFIs and scope changes maintain quality assurance manage facilities design coordination and support a strong safety culture in the field.
