Population Services International

 Provide routine administrative and logistical support including managing personnel actions, on-boarding/off-boarding coordination, scheduling interviews, and monitoring compliance for I9’s and new hire reporting.  Support knowledge management activities, including creation and maintenance of internal filing systems and administration of online communications sites.  Assist with the daily management of HR systems, including data entry, reporting, project support, and providing routine technical support to the HR team and employees.  Provide financial management support, assisting with reconciliations, coding complex invoices, and procurement/payment of consultants/vendors/services.  Draft, edit, and coordinate internal/external communications materials.
