Qisetna

 Main point of contact for candidates applying for volunteer roles in Qisetna.  Assist with onboarding and introducing them to the goals of Qisetna.  Manage Reach applications, CV screening, conducting interviews, offer management, updating recruitment tracker, and MI reporting on a monthly basis.

 Collaborate with the Creative Producer to develop and execute impactful digital campaigns and projects that engage new audiences, influence public conversations, and shape the narrative surrounding migration.  Supervise and manage the editorial production process, from idea generation to publication.  Develop and curate creative content for various digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and our website, aligning with our digital strategy and ongoing campaigns while maintaining the overall Qisetna brand, messaging, and tone of voice.  Edit all content before publication to ensure maximum impact and engagement.  Assist content curators in research, planning, and management of digital exhibitions.  Liaise with external partners, artists, and agencies to obtain licenses and permissions for publishing content.  Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop and implement social media strategies Implement and manage social media paid campaigns and collaborate with the Creative Producer and Marketing Department in researching and engaging media personalities and influencers.

 Help establish a steady stream of new volunteers.  Expand the network and support HR processes within Qisetna.  Monitor and ensure the satisfaction and experience of volunteers.

 Join an international team to preserve cultural and artistic heritage of the Syrian diaspora.  Contribute to expanding program and activities by writing and editing content.  Engage with and mentor young writers across borders to develop their narratives.  Write interviews with artists and creative professionals for publication.  Assist in drafting scripts and questionnaires for digital content production.  Review events related to cultural heritage, films, books, and music for publication.
