About Resolve – Where Change Begins
Resolve - Where Change Begins. We currently offer two services - our Drug and Alcohol Treatment Service and Restart, our Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Team. Our Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centres are in Welwyn Garden City and Letchworth and offer initial assessments, structured group therapy, daytimes and evenings groups, 1-2-1 key work and access to professional counselling. All of which are free of charge. If you know of anyone who is rough sleeping in Welwyn or Hatfield, or you see signs of rough sleeping, please contact our Restart team.
Mission and direction
Resolve is a registered charity supporting people affected by substance misuse and homelessness through treatment, counselling, key work, and rough sleeping support. It helps individuals build stability, independence, and sustainable lives through practical, compassionate services that create lasting change for families and communities.
