Established in 2016, REVEL (Real Experiences Vital for Enhancing Life) was created to address the gap in services for individuals with autism during the transition to adulthood. Our mission is to bridge the gap to adulthood for people with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) so they can live meaningful, enriched lives. REVEL empowers individuals with autism and IDDs by fostering community integration and helping them reach their full potential. Our programs build self-confidence and social skills, supporting self-sufficiency as well as social and professional development. Centered on our clients, we tailor care to individual needs and recognize the diverse range of neurodiversity in each person. REVEL offers evidence-based services including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Pivotal Response Training, and Naturalistic Teaching. Our core therapeutic strategy is ABA, a research-backed method that supports learning, behavior, social skills, coping, teamwork, and employment skills. Current Program: REV Up Employment: Individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities gain and strengthen employment skills through an 8-week Pre-Employment Transition Skills class, job coaching for individual and group support, career goal setting, barrier reduction, on-site coaching and support, and employer training.
