- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress Squarespace or Wix and basic web content management

- Understanding of social media best practices across Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
- Sensitivity and thoughtfulness when creating content that represents neurodiverse individuals
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with REVEL staff

Day to day
- Create engaging marketing materials such as social media graphics flyers event promotions newsletters and donor appeals
- Support REVEL's social media presence by developing content drafting captions and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Update and improve the website by refreshing content improving navigation adding program information and ensuring accessibility
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns while collaborating with staff to share participant stories milestones and events in a thoughtful way
