 Own and execute the customer onboarding journey from start to finish.  Serve as the post-sales first impression of the Rinsed brand.  Become an expert on the Rinsed Salespath application and provide training and support to ensure proper use of the software.  Coach customers on operational changes and how to hold their employees accountable while using Salespath tools.  Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.  Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any concerns in a timely manner.  Continuously gather and communicate feedback from customers to improve the onboarding process and the product.  Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical resources on the more technical aspects of the onboarding process.  Be the go-to point of contact for customers starting their Rinsed journey.
