Remote Implementation Manager Job in United States Rinsed

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding customer success customer support or relevant role
• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong time management prioritization problem-solving and communication skills

What the job involves

• Own and execute the customer onboarding journey from start to finish
• Serve as the post-sales first impression of the Rinsed brand
• Become an expert on the Rinsed Salespath application and provide training and support to ensure proper use of the software
• Coach customers on operational changes and how to hold their employees accountable while using Salespath tools
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the onboarding process
• Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any concerns in a timely manner
• Continuously gather and communicate feedback from customers to improve the onboarding process and the product
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical resources on the more technical aspects of the onboarding process
• Be the go-to point of contact for customers starting their Rinsed journey
