 Draft annual quarterly and other financial statements for clients.  Support internal and external review of financial documents.  Assist in SEC filings and manage communications with fund accounting teams and auditors.  Provide administrative support through scheduling and facilitating meetings.  Contribute to the preparation of Board materials and annual prospectus updates for clients.
