Requirements

  • BA / BS in Business Accounting Finance Economics Mathematics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mutual fund or alternative investment funds industry
  • Strong accounting financial reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to handle multiple client deliverables with strong attention to detail and communication skills

Day to day

  • Draft annual quarterly and other financial statements for clients
  • Support internal and external review of financial documents
  • Assist in SEC filings and manage communications with fund accounting teams and auditors
  • Provide administrative support through scheduling and facilitating meetings
  • Contribute to the preparation of Board materials and annual prospectus updates for clients
