Who you are
- BA / BS in Business Accounting Finance Economics Mathematics or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mutual fund or alternative investment funds industry
- Strong accounting financial reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to handle multiple client deliverables with strong attention to detail and communication skills

What the job involves
- Draft annual quarterly and other financial statements for clients
- Support internal and external review of financial documents
- Assist in SEC filings and manage communications with fund accounting teams and auditors
- Provide administrative support through scheduling and facilitating meetings
- Contribute to the preparation of Board materials and annual prospectus updates for clients
