Headquartered in Austin, TX but with global reach, T-Minus Zero Entertainment is led by industry veteran Rich Vogel, an experienced studio head who led development on Ultima Online and Star Wars: The Old Republic.

 Create character and environmental animations with a deep understanding of body mechanics and contribute to establishing the style and quality bar with the Lead Animator.  Oversee and implement gameplay animations into Unreal Engine. This includes owning the creation and maintenance of animation blueprints state machines sequencer and other blueprints as well as troubleshooting technical challenges.  Work closely with the design team to implement gameplay mechanics and creature behaviors.  Provide feedback and requests on improving animation rigs and tools.  Mentor animators and promote the sharing of knowledge.
