Maintain employee records update HR databases and ensure the accuracy of new hire and employee status changes.  Coordinate and schedule training and development programs manage materials and track attendance.  Support payroll administration tasks such as data entry and processing timesheets.  Assist in managing employee relations offer guidance and conduct exit interviews.  Handle the HR inbox by responding to queries and directing them to appropriate team members.  Administer employee benefits including enrollment and termination processes.
