Who you are

  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources support roles.
  • Knowledgeable in HR processes and proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational time-management and detail orientation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Self-motivated capable of working independently and in a team environment.



What the job involves

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process including posting job advertisements scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain employee records update HR databases and ensure the accuracy of new hire and employee status changes.
  • Coordinate and schedule training and development programs manage materials and track attendance.
  • Support payroll administration tasks such as data entry and processing timesheets.
  • Assist in managing employee relations offer guidance and conduct exit interviews.
  • Handle the HR inbox by responding to queries and directing them to appropriate team members.
  • Administer employee benefits including enrollment and termination processes.
