Ensures issues are tracked, reported, analyzed and resolved in timely manner, determines if escalation is required while retaining ownership.  Completes documentation for project development efforts, works closely with development and business teams.  Decomposes high-level information into details, resolves solution vs. requirements conflicts.  Supports project lead to identify best practices for project requirements, estimations, and timelines.  Provides guidance to junior employees.  Understands technology stack and aligns it to clients’ needs.  Researches new technology.
