Requirements

  • 3+ years of Technology Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
  • 3+ years of SDLC experience
  • 2+ years of web experience
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, at a consulting firm or digital agency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Excellent communication, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to work in a challenging position
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-start and ask key questions ahead of deadlines
  • Proficient in digital experience platforms and technology for web sites, social media, and eCommerce
  • Skilled in MS Office and project management/collaboration tools (Jira, Slack/Teams, Git, MS Project, etc.)
  • Able to work in hybrid working model (remote and on-site)
  • Able to come on site in New Jersey on need basis
  • Authorized to work in US without sponsorship
  • Not a data analyst

Day to day

  • Manages the execution of multiple digital projects in tandem from start to finish
  • Leads projects across services including website design, web content management, social media, eCommerce, and digital strategy
  • Collaborates on required testing and validation of system modifications, creates test cases
  • Ensures issues are tracked, reported, analyzed and resolved in timely manner, determines if escalation is required while retaining ownership
  • Completes documentation for project development efforts, works closely with development and business teams
  • Decomposes high-level information into details, resolves solution vs. requirements conflicts
  • Supports project lead to identify best practices for project requirements, estimations, and timelines
  • Provides guidance to junior employees
  • Understands technology stack and aligns it to clients’ needs
  • Researches new technology

Hiring process

  • 6 months of web coding experience
  • Passion for technology
  • Experience with Jira, CMS, React, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website testing, web/mobile technologies
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Bootstrap), experience with responsive and adaptive designs
  • Experience with Big Consulting, Vercel, and Contentful preferred
  • Flexible summer hours
