 You will work closely with our Founder to redesign our lead generation, conversion, and retention funnels across all consumer marketing channels.  Implement new lead capture and email automation strategy, including the onboarding of new software.  Design ad strategy and manage paid digital marketing programs across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and others.  Design organic social media strategy to drive increased engagement and follower growth across Instagram and Pinterest.  Create analytics dashboard and cross-channel reports, including hindsighting analysis.  Advise on other paid marketing initiatives, including direct mail and influencer marketing.
