Who you are

• 4 year college degree
• 2+ years work experience, preferably at small to mid-sized e-commerce company
• Proficiency in ESP and digital marketing software, including onboarding processes
• Able to multi-task and meet shifting deadlines
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, willing to roll up your sleeves, and able to troubleshoot to get the job done

What the job involves

• You will work closely with our Founder to redesign our lead generation, conversion, and retention funnels across all consumer marketing channels
• Implement new lead capture and email automation strategy, including the onboarding of new software
• Design ad strategy and manage paid digital marketing programs across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and others
• Design organic social media strategy to drive increased engagement and follower growth across Instagram and Pinterest
• Create analytics dashboard and cross-channel reports, including hindsighting analysis
• Advise on other paid marketing initiatives, including direct mail and influencer marketing
