Upstream USA

 Support Upstream’s financial planning by preparing reports for donors investors and leaders.  Guide organization leaders through budgeting cycles and financial reviews.  Research and explain financial performance variances and generate actionable insights.  Collaborate with Development and Accounting departments to prepare accurate financial reports for donors.  Assist in preparing finance presentations for the Board of Directors and serve as a finance thought partner.  Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports and analyses using Vena and Power BI tools.  Develop training materials to enhance financial literacy among staff.  Seek opportunities to automate and simplify financial systems and processes.  Support implementation and roll-out of FP&amp;A systems and lead end-user training.  Perform additional duties as assigned.
