Day to day

• Support Upstream’s financial planning by preparing reports for donors investors and leaders.
• Guide organization leaders through budgeting cycles and financial reviews.
• Research and explain financial performance variances and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Development and Accounting departments to prepare accurate financial reports for donors.
• Assist in preparing finance presentations for the Board of Directors and serve as a finance thought partner.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports and analyses using Vena and Power BI tools.
• Develop training materials to enhance financial literacy among staff.
• Seek opportunities to automate and simplify financial systems and processes.
• Support implementation and roll-out of FP&A systems and lead end-user training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
