 Support the Digital Customer Service Manager in the operational management of interactive customer journeys.  Analyze data including feedback with recommendations for continual improvement.  Assist in bringing in new digital channels within the Customer Service department.  Plan and assist in building journeys with AI conversational design.  Support designing end-to-end customer journeys to encourage self-serve.  Maintain the intent model management and optimize it based on feedback.  Work with Product and Marketing Teams to ensure relevant information is presented to customers.  Assist in designing and optimizing purchase journeys within the digital customer ecosystem.
