What the job involves

  • Support the Digital Customer Service Manager in the operational management of interactive customer journeys
  • Analyze data including feedback with recommendations for continual improvement
  • Assist in bringing in new digital channels within the Customer Service department
  • Plan and assist in building journeys with AI conversational design
  • Support designing end-to-end customer journeys to encourage self-serve
  • Maintain the intent model management and optimize it based on feedback
  • Work with Product and Marketing Teams to ensure relevant information is presented to customers
  • Assist in designing and optimizing purchase journeys within the digital customer ecosystem
