About Zen Maitri
Zen Maitri is a natural health centre in Chiswick, West London. Health and wellbeing are complex. Both are affected by many different things: genetics, sleep, stress, diet, exercise, the environment - just to name a few. But for one reason or another, the way we take care of ourselves isn’t always as broad as the challenges we face. That’s why Zen Maitri brings together a variety of health and wellbeing approaches under one roof. We offer health foods, bespoke herbal medicines, meditation classes, nutritional guidance and much more.
