Role





    What the job involves

    • Provide 3rd line support for escalated data-related issues including database/data warehouse performance data integrity and ETL failures
    • Act as a technical escalation point for unresolved data platform issues
    • Monitor maintain and troubleshoot databases/data warehouses and related infrastructure
    • Support and troubleshoot ETL processes and data integration pipelines
    • Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure efficient data flow and transformation
    • Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation in the form of operational runbooks
    • Perform standard pre-approved changes within the scope of our client's Change Management Process (i.e. new users etc.)
    • Use Ensono’s helpdesk and work tracking systems to maintain logs of all support requests and incidents
    • Actively communicate with clients to ensure they are aware of updates to incidents and changes
    • Contribute to the effective management of information security risks aligned to both Ensono’s and our Clients compliance objectives
    • Manage the relationship with suppliers to our clients get the best value for their services
