Who you are

  • Experience supporting end user/Modern Workplace environments
  • Experience working with outsourcing suppliers and software vendors
  • Experience with Service Management processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products like SCCM, Intune, O365/M365, Windows 10/11, or Autopilot
  • Ability to identify and manage risk
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

What the job involves

  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and supporting EUC images across RSA estate
  • Manage Image Management processes using technologies like Autopilot, Autopatch, and Intune
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to contribute to Incident, Problem, and Change management
  • Troubleshoot incidents and escalate to vendors and external SMEs when necessary
  • Provide Windows desktop and endpoint configuration services as prescribed by the architecture
  • Support and perform root cause assessments and monitor new vendor capabilities
