Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise quota-carrying sales experience in industrial software or manufacturing analytics
- Proven success selling into plant managers VPs of Manufacturing Quality Directors CIOs and process engineers
- Track record of consistently exceeding quota by 1.5x or more
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying committees and long procurement cycles
- Strong value-based selling skills with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Disciplined CRM and accurate Salesforce forecasting
- Bonus experience in chemical oil & gas life sciences or food & beverage manufacturing

Day to day
- Own a strategic portfolio of named enterprise accounts and expand relationships within major industrial customers.

- Lead discovery, build business cases, scope pilots, and drive deals from first conversation to signed contract.
