- Proven track record of managing multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to flag risks early and avoid firefighting later
- Confident clear communicator who can liaise directly with clients and hold internal teams accountable
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Based in the UK and available for a remote setup

Day to day
- Coordinate project timelines resources and deliverables across the agency
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication and reporting
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they become problems
- Work closely with content SEO and technical teams to keep everything on track
- Continuously improve how projects are planned and delivered as the agency scales
