Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field
- Industry experience and strong commitment to quality teaching
- College-level teaching experience preferred
- Doctorate degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field preferred
- Industry knowledge in management finance economics or related business areas
- Ability to develop and teach online courses
- Ability to instruct students of varying preparation and abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and cultural competency skills
- Ability to create inclusive learning experiences and practice inclusive pedagogy
- Demonstrated student-centered approach and commitment to student achievement
- Ability to assess student performance and learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with educational assessment practices
- Experience with Blackboard or similar LMS
- Strong organizational reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Day to day
- Teach online business administration courses in the BS program with a strong student-centered approach and commitment to academic quality.
- Prepare course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments while maintaining subject-matter competence and supporting diverse learners.
- Grade work promptly, communicate professionally with students and colleagues, and handle both synchronous and asynchronous online instruction.
