Day to day

  • Provide organized administrative support by managing documents schedules correspondence records and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate digital files and task records so information can be located reviewed and handed off quickly
  • Coordinate meetings deadlines requests and routine communications using approved tools and documented procedures
  • Prepare summaries trackers spreadsheets and supporting materials for administrative customer-service reporting and coordination workflows
  • Handle confidential or business-sensitive information carefully and communicate exceptions promptly to the appropriate team member
