Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Administrative Assistant work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through

Day to day
- Provide organized administrative support by managing documents schedules correspondence records and follow-up
- Maintain accurate digital files and task records so information can be located reviewed and handed off quickly
- Coordinate meetings deadlines requests and routine communications using approved tools and documented procedures
- Prepare summaries trackers spreadsheets and supporting materials for administrative customer-service reporting and coordination workflows
- Handle confidential or business-sensitive information carefully and communicate exceptions promptly to the appropriate team member
