Day to day
- Provide organized administrative support across scheduling records correspondence document preparation and routine coordination
- Maintain accurate files calendars task records and administrative documentation for remote workflows
- Prepare correspondence spreadsheets meeting notes and other approved materials while protecting confidentiality and quality
- Coordinate follow-ups requests and handoffs so stakeholders receive clear status updates and next-step information
- Review completed work for accuracy and document unresolved questions or exceptions before final handoff
