Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to perform Administrative Assistant work or closely related training and experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through
  • Comfort using common remote-work tools web-based systems spreadsheets email shared documents and role-appropriate business software
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills including the ability to document questions decisions status and exceptions
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines repetitive tasks or multiple priorities without losing record quality
  • Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace

Day to day

  • Provide organized administrative support by managing documents, schedules, correspondence, records, and follow-up across remote workflows
  • Maintain accurate digital files and task records so information can be located, reviewed, and handed off efficiently
  • Coordinate meetings, deadlines, requests, and routine communications using approved tools and documented procedures
  • Prepare summaries, trackers, spreadsheets, and supporting materials for campaign, client-service, content, communications, reporting, and digital marketing teams
  • Handle confidential and business-sensitive information carefully while communicating exceptions promptly to the appropriate team member
