Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Administrative Assistant work or closely related training and experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through
- Comfort using common remote-work tools web-based systems spreadsheets email shared documents and role-appropriate business software
- Clear written and verbal communication skills including the ability to document questions decisions status and exceptions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines repetitive tasks or multiple priorities without losing record quality
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace
Day to day
- Provide organized administrative support by managing documents, schedules, correspondence, records, and follow-up across remote workflows
- Maintain accurate digital files and task records so information can be located, reviewed, and handed off efficiently
- Coordinate meetings, deadlines, requests, and routine communications using approved tools and documented procedures
- Prepare summaries, trackers, spreadsheets, and supporting materials for campaign, client-service, content, communications, reporting, and digital marketing teams
- Handle confidential and business-sensitive information carefully while communicating exceptions promptly to the appropriate team member
