    What the job involves

    • The position is a key member of the US Pensions team administering MetLife’s defined benefit bulk check group annuity contracts.
    • Responsible for administration of a portfolio of key US Pensions clients using bulk check arrangements.
    • Engage in ongoing client communication regarding monthly activities, reconciliations, and contract updates.
    • Analyze bulk check activities and determine appropriate handling.
    • Conduct independent reviews of reports to ensure they align with contract provisions.
    • Gather data for audits and demonstrate processes to auditors as needed.
    • Develop subject matter expertise in pension benefits, group annuity contracts, and MetLife systems.
    • Provide guidance and training to associates.
    • Propose new workflows and drive their implementation.
    • Collaborate with IT and other business partners to resolve issues.
