Requirements
- 3+ years of HCM or employment tax filing experience
- Payroll customer service experience required
- Strong understanding of employer tax principles
- Experience with payroll and tax operations including notice resolution and amendments
- HCM software or related field experience
- College experience degree strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms and MS Excel
- G-Suite Xero and QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Commitment to high standards of client engagement
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and analytical skills

Day to day
- Serve as the primary support point for complex payroll tax and compliance issues affecting client service teams and clients
- Investigate post-payroll filing concerns including employment tax, reconciliations, filings, agency notices, assessments, and related inquiries
- Troubleshoot client issues through a ticket management system while communicating clearly, driving resolution, and preventing repeat problems
