Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on AEM, or 5+ years in closely related front-end engineering and information architecture
- Demonstrated ownership of content modeling and site information architecture, not just component builds
- Shipped real content automation such as migrations bulk operations structured-data pipelines or authoring tooling
- Deep front-end engineering with modern JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 design systems and component libraries
- Experience with performance budgets Core Web Vitals and WCAG accessibility
- Experience with structured data JSON-LD semantic markup and SEO foundations
- Experience with AEM on-premise or AEM as a Cloud Service AEM Edge Delivery Services and Adobe App Builder
- Ability to translate between executive and technical audiences and lead cross-functional delivery

Day to day
- Architect the information architecture for large multi-brand sites, including content models taxonomy metadata and URL structure
- Build fast accessible standards-based front-end experiences in modern JavaScript HTML and CSS on AEM Edge Delivery Services
- Automate content operations with pipelines for structured data JSON-LD bulk updates migrations validation and semantic markup
- Define component contracts documentation and authoring models that let non-technical teams publish safely without breaking the system
