Agile Delivery Manager

Day to day

• Lead teams of consultants to deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Realize revenue and utilization goals as per statements of work.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define digital products and identify requirements.
• Write user stories that communicate client requirements effectively to development teams.
• Oversee creation of design artifacts like wireframes and business process flow diagrams.
• Assist in developing Test Scenarios and Test Cases with QA team.
• Define and validate technical approach and deliverables with engineering team.
• Act as primary communication point with clients throughout program execution, including financial status reporting.
• Establish program and project plans, schedule resources, resolve resource conflicts with other team members.
• Partner with account executives to expand client engagements or grow into other areas within clients.
• Create growth and opportunity for clients using technical solutions from our partner Microsoft.
