Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or four additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner A-CSPO or Professional Scrum Product Owner PSPO required
- Minimum 3 years experience working on Scrum and or Kanban teams
- Required 1 year experience leading systems processes tools for complex integrated organizational projects
- Superior communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized methodical and detail oriented to prioritize work effectively
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Computer knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

Day to day
- Own and manage the Product Backlog to maximize value for Grow products
- Serve as the voice of the customer on a highly collaborative cross-functional Scrum team
- Partner closely with business sponsors analysts developers designers legal compliance security and operations to deliver detailed designs and features that meet stakeholder needs
- Drive priorities with strong organization diplomacy negotiation and conflict resolution skills while adapting quickly to changing circumstances
