- 4+ years of Healthcare Project Management experience with full SDLC
- Experience with heavy application/software development project work
- Experience with EMR/EHR integrations
- Monitoring and reporting on projects delivery progress
- Providing Capacity Planning information and Velocity projections
- Understanding key dependencies and impact on releases

Day to day
- PMO Blocking and Tackling including PMO Reports, Clarity, Stage/Gates, and Processes
- Alignment Meeting Preparation and Presentation
- Monitoring and Reporting on project delivery progress, driving conversations on trade-offs of features, resources, and time
- Ensuring coordination with release management, security, and performance testing teams
- Providing Portfolio Level Oversight of Patient Product to Advise
