Requirements

  • Experience with Hubspot / Hubspot API
  • Experience in Software Project Management managing multiple ongoing software development projects
  • Experience driving or facilitating Agile methodology with an emphasis on SCRUM
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Ability to think creatively about product development problems and iterate to find the best solution
  • Experience with JIRA for issue and project tracking

Day to day

  • As our Agile Project Manager you will provide planning management and oversight for development projects using Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • You will manage multiple Hubspot Integrations / Software Development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (discovery planning development QA)
  • Facilitating adherence to and understanding of Agile methodology by developers
  • Taking a lean/startup approach you will play a strategic role in helping us iterate and determine the best approaches to development
  • Work with the CEO to refine our customer solutions
