Requirements
- Extensive AI and Software & DevOps experience within an industry role
- Proven track record of designing developing and delivering learning solutions across multiple modes to meet diverse business needs
- Ability to consider scale and reuse while adapting to specific solution contexts
- Demonstrable experience of estimating solution development effort and meeting committed targets
- Demonstrable thought leadership such as blogs advisory boards or webinars
- Demonstrable experience working with senior client stakeholders
- Confidence engaging with senior client stakeholders such as L&D managers capability managers and functional area managers

Day to day
- Lead the design and development of innovative AI and Software & DevOps learning solutions across digital self-paced instructor-led and blended delivery models
- Shape bespoke off-the-shelf and certification-aligned products that are commercially relevant technically accurate and aligned to customer needs
- Support customer discovery pre-sales and solution-shaping engagements by identifying business challenges skills gaps and learning requirements
- Produce high-level proposal outlines that define the learning approach target audience outcomes delivery model scope and value proposition
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders SMEs and partners to improve product design processes standards quality controls and portfolio alignment
