- Hands-on experience building RPA workflow or business process automation solutions
- Strong Python development skills or comparable software engineering experience
- Practical experience building AI agents or advanced Generative AI workflows using Claude ChatGPT or similar platforms

- Proven experience taking automation integration or software solutions from concept into production
- Ability to evaluate business processes and independently engineer the right solution
- Technical maturity to operate independently and own solutions end to end
- Strong communication skills across engineering teams business stakeholders and senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or another technical discipline or equivalent experience
