  • Translate messy manual processes into clean reliable automated systems using AI no-code custom code or other practical tools
  • Interview stakeholders map processes diagnose root causes and build deploy and iterate on automations that improve operations sales support reporting and internal tooling
  • Own the full delivery cycle from scoping and building to shipping measuring and refining while communicating clear ROI to leadership
