Day to day
- Drive practical AI adoption across internal teams and client delivery through hands-on transformation work
- Design and run communication training coaching and reinforcement programmes that build capability and change behaviour
- Identify manual high-friction workflows and redesign them using AI and automation while ensuring solutions are usable secure and embedded
- Equip consultants and facilitators with AI methods prompts templates and assets for client workshops training and engagements
- Turn successful AI use cases into repeatable sellable offerings with clear value propositions delivery models and pricing logic
