Requirements
- 5–10 years of delivery program management or consulting experience
- Proven ownership of complex technical programs with accountability for milestones budget and client relationships
- Strong enterprise or consulting background in client-facing environments
- Product sensibility with the ability to question what should be built and why
- Disciplined governance skills without unnecessary bureaucracy
- Clear executive-level communication and comfort with difficult conversations
- Fluency in the fast-moving AI landscape
- Experience managing distributed or contractor-based delivery teams across multiple workstreams

Day to day
- Own end-to-end delivery execution for enterprise AI engagements and keep milestones, risks, and dependencies clearly visible
- Serve as the primary client contact for delivery and provide honest status updates, escalation handling, and trusted communication
- Coordinate across GMs Product Managers Solution Architects and Technical Leads to keep scope aligned and delivery moving smoothly
