Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building AI/ML systems in production environments
- Strong proficiency in Python including packaging testing type hints and async where appropriate
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain LlamaIndex or similar
- Ability to build a RAG pipeline from scratch
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and evaluation methods
- Experience building and deploying APIs with FastAPI Flask or similar
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization
- Experience with data processing at scale using SQL pandas Spark or similar
- Competent with Git and GitHub
- Ability to iterate and ship quickly without sacrificing code quality
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Ability to keep complex systems simple
- Previous remote work experience
- Reliable personal computer and internet access
- Availability for audio video meetings and Slack between 9 AM and 1 PM EST daily

Day to day
- Build AI-powered internal tools and data-driven systems that improve decision-making across the organization
- Develop RAG systems LLM-powered features and agentic workflows using large-scale operational and behavioral data
- Design data pipelines APIs and production-grade Python services that automate reporting streamline workflows and support internal teams
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate loosely defined problems into useful tools that are adopted in daily operations
