Day to day

  • Build and continuously sharpen an AI-native engineering system that lets agents own whole workflows end to end.
  • Direct and improve a fleet of agents by delegating work in parallel quality-checking results and fixing underlying capabilities when they fall short.
  • Ship enterprise-grade AI-powered features in a tight closed loop with product leadership from reviewed plan and spec through execution to merged production releases.
  • Multiply the whole team by sharing reusable rules context and skills so everyone’s capability rises over time.
  • Lead senior engineers by scoping work reviewing PRs and holding a high quality bar before anything merges.
