Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience at senior or staff level
- Deep hands-on experience across architecture secure auth and secrets handling data modeling and governance testing CI/CD monitoring and documentation
- Experience building AI applications including LLM APIs prompt engineering agents RAG and evals/testing
- Comfort with modern stack tools such as Next.js Vercel Supabase Postgres GitHub and automation tools like Zapier Make n8n or Retool
- Proven ability to teach unblock and review non-engineers patiently and pragmatically
- Pragmatism about production standards for internal prototypes versus production systems

Day to day
- Design and lead training for the Builder Program and help non-engineers use AI tools effectively
- Advise Builders early on architecture and tooling so their projects start on a strong foundation
- Review harden and deploy Builder-created apps with secure auth secrets handling testing CI/CD monitoring documentation and governance
- Build reusable templates guardrails and starter kits that help teams ship faster and more safely
- Partner with engineering security and data teams on complex builds and raise production standards across the company
