Requirements
- 7+ years in customer-facing roles
- 5+ years owning client engagements end to end in AI or software services
- Experience running discovery with senior stakeholders
- Ability to turn discovery into executable projects
- Experience owning scope and ideally commercial aspects of client work
- Able to manage several projects in parallel
- Strong understanding of modern AI including GenAI and classical ML
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Able to translate between business and technical audiences

Day to day
- Lead client discovery workshops and shape vague AI needs into defined projects with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes
- Own multiple client engagements end to end and steer technical commercial and relationship decisions toward production delivery
- Manage scope changes stakeholder expectations and customer forums while protecting outcome and maintaining constructive delivery
- Surface commercial signals expansion opportunities and the path from proof of concept to production with clarity
