Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering AI or machine learning experience
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python Go C# or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience building production AI applications using LLMs RAG and agentic workflows
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration tool calling MCP or similar AI frameworks
- Experience building or owning AI evaluation benchmarking observability or monitoring frameworks for production AI systems
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure distributed systems APIs CI/CD and MLOps/LLMOps
- Comfortable owning projects end to end in a fast-moving environment
Day to day
- Build production AI applications with LLMs RAG and agentic workflows
- Design and implement multi-agent systems that coordinate models tools enterprise workflows and external data sources
- Build scalable backend services APIs and cloud-native AI infrastructure
- Develop AI evaluation testing benchmarking and observability frameworks to ensure reliable accurate and scalable production systems
- Partner with product engineering and domain experts to solve complex enterprise problems
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute reusable AI frameworks and best practices
