Empowering organizations with intelligent automation by identifying and simplifying their most critical workflows and seamlessly integrating AI and existing automation tools to unlock efficiency and innovation across industries.

Our vision is to live in a world where technology works intuitively alongside people and where automation empowers rather than replaces, and businesses of all sizes operate with intelligence, purpose, and ease.

Where AI, automation, and operational clarity come together

What you will own

Design and ship workflow automations against the systems clients already run: project management, accounting, email, document stores. Build and maintain the platform layer that hosts those automations and the operational data behind them. Own the reliability of what you ship. The work runs in production for operators who notice the moment it breaks. Work directly with the advisory team to turn operational findings into engineered systems, not the other way around. Keep up with what is actually useful in AI tooling so our clients do not have to.

What we are looking for

Strong engineering fundamentals and the judgment to know when a system is dependable enough to trust. Comfort across the stack: TypeScript and Node, APIs, third-party integrations, data modeling. Experience building LLM-backed systems, or the appetite to go deep fast. A bias for systems that hold up over demos that impress. Able to talk to a non-technical operator and leave with the real requirement.

Nice to have

Exposure to construction, finance, or operations-heavy businesses. Workflow tooling experience (n8n or similar). Next.js and modern React.

What you get

Work remotely across the US or from our New York City office. Direct ownership of systems that ship to real users quickly. A short path from decision to production. Work alongside the advisory practice, not walled off from the client.

Equity

Meaningful equity in the company. We discuss compensation directly once we are in conversation.
